Sarah and the Compri Team are thrilled to be accepting new patients. 

Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a healthcare model that prioritizes the patient-provider relationship by removing the insurance middleman. With DPC, patients pay a monthly subscription fee directly to their primary care provider in exchange for enhanced access, longer appointments, and more personalized care. 

Led by Sarah Bragdon, nurse practitioner and applied behavioral scientist, our dedicated team is here to support positive habits and lifestyle changes.

At Compri Health, we understand the importance of accessibility and flexibility in healthcare. That's why we proudly offer our members both same-day & next business day visits as well as telehealth appointments to meet your needs seamlessly.

• Direct Access: Forget the call centers and hold times, and welcome to self-scheduling and next-day/next-business-day access to your provider.

  • Membership Fees:
    • Individual membership $119/month or $1,400/year if billed quarterly
    • Couple membership $209/month or $2,400/year if billed quarterly
    • Family memberships
      • 1 adult with up to 3 dependents $149/month, or $1,700/year if billed quarterly
      • 2 adults with up to 3 dependents $239/month, or $2,700/year if billed quarterly
    • Membership provides direct access to a dedicated health care provider AND routine testing. 
    • If a medical service is provided by our team in our clinic, it is covered by your membership. Exceptions are listed here:
      • Included in all memberships are in-clinic testing and procedures
        • COVID/Flu, strep, UA
        • minor stitches, staples, skin tear, PAP collection (pathology is an additional charge)
      • If other labs or pathology are needed, they will be billed at our direct-to-consumer rate or can be billed to your health insurance. You will be notified at the time of service.
      • Imaging is not something we provide, but we can request this to be performed at any of our area health partners you may prefer.
      • We cannot provide you with outside facilities/provider costs or fees.
